Excellent customer service! Went in with an issue that was a pretty easy fix for them, but was never charged for the time or part I was given. No diagnostic fee, no BS. Paid attention to what I was saying and, as they seem to do, went out off their way to solve the problem. This is my second interaction with Reality Bytes one at each location and both have more than met my expectations! Highly recommended!!!

The true measure of any establishment is how they handle customer problems, I have to say, I am glad I called with my concerns, the store quickly had me fixed up and running. It was a pleasure dealing with Dave.

never again tell them to put new windows on your cpu guy rips your cpu apart and trys to tell u theres water damage and trys to charge you for taking your cpu apart . i told u what to do had nothing to do with taking the cpu apart and there was no water damage took it some were else did what i asked works great after

To the Gentleman with the Hard Drive Post I am sorry to hear your about your experience with our Staff. We try to maintain a friendly and honest atmosphere. Phoned for an esata 3.5 inch hard drive enclosure with a 2tb hard drive. The enclosure was quoted at $40 and the hard drive $130 for a total of $170. When I got there the USED enclosures were now $60 each. Have been dealing with Reality Bytes for at least 3 years and have had excellent service at both locations until this experience. Will make this store my last resort until time fixes old hurts. When I phoned the Fergus store, they did not have any in stock but he phoned back and said they could drop the price by $10. Now the price is the same for new locally. Will by local!!

Man was knowledgable about ipads. Helped me determine that I didn't need it repaired. Just ran out of space and was trying to get an update. He saved me over $100 by being knowledgable and honest. I did not see Winona Ryder or Ben Stiller but still a really great experience and would definitely recommend! ;
