Jamie and Corrie are the best delivery men there are !! I called them after they left about some water on the floor concerned there was a leak somewhere and they came back within 30 min to check it out! turns out it was just water from installing they even helped me repair something on my dryer! They went above and beyond, super friendly guys !

Amy was super helpful with the purchase of a new upright freezer. Knowledgeable and very nice. Great selection of new and scratch and dents as well. Highly recommend!

So disappointed in this service as of late. I’ve been dealing with this company since the 1990s and never had a problem until now. From June 8, 2024 until today July 3, 2024, I called FOUR times to get a service call made to my home for two appliances what needed repair. My last interaction was with Amy Chappelle from Elmira home comfort vie email, which is a division of Belmont appliance and her suggestion to me was to call a different company. My first and second phone calls were to a young lady that could not have butchered my information worse if she tried. My third phone call, the young lady was very polite, rechecked my information and then I never heard back again for another week. My fourth phone call was to a young lady, different from the first three, who was very sympathetic to the problems I was having with getting a service attendant to my house. She again confirmed my information and read back through the notes that she had on file about this attempted service call and she was going to escalate this to a supervisor. The supervisor, Amy Chapelle, sent me an email suggesting that I call a different company. I will never use this company again, and I would never recommend them to anybody after all the nonsense this last time, I would give them zero if I could.

Purchased a refurbished kenmore pair and both have broken just over a year after purchase with regular usage. 30 day warranty on used items is fine and dandy, but refurbs should still last longer than one years

Great place, truly way cheaper for a scatch and dent..but,when I inspected my fridge before I bought it there was no dents on the front.just the sides..after the delivery guys ripped my floor and dented the front corner I'd say pick it up yourself .don't ask for delivery,otherwise super place
