Wow, the doctor was incredibly polite and did a thorough job on my eyes. She recommended glasses to help me see things further away but didn't make me feel any sort of pressure about it. The front end staff was incredibly polite as well.
Very pleased with the quality and professionalism. We brought here five and eight year old kids who were quite anxious about the visit. A minute into a check up and kids were just enjoying themselves. We will be back in a year.
Was a little skeptical of the high reviews at first, but the service is pretty good! Pretty standard eye exam. Love how they don't push you to buy frames after.
Maybe it's a 3.5 stars... Overall service is average. I didn't get the 'friendly' service as those people who gave 5 stars had got. I would say it's professional service but not friendly service.
I went to Real Eyes Optometry for eyeglass shopping. I think her name was Angela or Angelica. She was very helpful and very friendly. She gave us helpful advice and comments when we were going through tens of pairs. She gave us an unforgettable customer service. Thank you
