Got my progressive eyeglasses made from them in feb 21. The coating on the lenses is defective and there is a crack on lens due to frame. Went there to get a solution gor the issue and though the manager admitted its quality issue but he cant do anything as its past 1 year. This is not the way customers who are spending thousands of dollars be treated. Never going back
My wife bought her prescription glasses from here and twice the lens become foggy and hazy...Very bad quality indeed... please see the attached picture for their bad quality lens This is the reply I got from lens Crafter customer service... never buy anything from them. Hello , Thank you for contacting LensCrafters! I do apologize about your lenses. However, the store manager has emailed us back saying that the glasses were purchased in 2020 and has surpassed the warranty on the lenses. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Came in today with my old prescription glasses and asked a staff if they can fix the bent frame. Without hesitation she told me to come back after an hour. They fixed my glasses free of charge. This makes me proud to be a customer in a store like this. I already have recommended this store to my friends but this time with an additional word of assurance that they give a really excellent customer service.
Yvonne was so sweet and attentive. She fixed my crooked glasses in seconds- no charge! This was the second time I’ve gone to LensCrafters to ask if they could fix glasses/shades that weren’t even from there and they were happy to! Amazing service! I know when I’ve bought glasses from there in the past I’ve also had great service and the selection and pricing is awesome too.
I've been to different clinics over the last 4 years in Vancouver and this in particular has been hands down the BEST. Great service, no one is shadowing you all the time, yet when you have a question, there's always a staff member ready to help you out. I've used glasses for 30+ years and believe me, the variety of frames is very good, very well organized and you do enjoy your visit. Highly recommend this clinic.
Went to get my glasses tightened. I asked the gentleman that was working if he was able to fix my old Ray ban sunglasses broken nose piece and he worked on it diligently for 20 min. I didn’t even buy the Ray bans there. Once again, exceptional service from an LC employee. Thank you!!
All the staff offered assistance and they were all very approachable. The store is very spacious with great layout and product selection. I experienced great customer service. I'd like to commend Amber for providing exceptional and super friendly service!

Went in to fix the nose pad on my glasses that have been broken forever. I did not purchase my glasses there and yet they were kind enough to help me. I've been trying to fix it myself for a while but they had it completely repaired in 10 minutes. Thank you so much!
