The co workers are nice and helpful but the prices are too expensive

Tony was great! Tony helped me once before when no one else in the mall would with a pair of glasses that I didn't buy from him. I came back because of that. I comparison shopped in the mall and Tony had the best price by far. Great service and great price.

Have been buying glasses here for several years. Customer service is helpful from start to finish. Expectations are always set upfront on timing. They have great collection of glasses and very helpful staff.

Cash grab place for sure. IC! Berlin prices are $300 more expensive than the company price itself?! also they rip you off with clear coat glasses mine have fallen apart after spending $900 for just clear lenses? a $2000 bill in total so that they can claim insurance costs from providers?
