Eyes Inspire

I don't recommend this optical store for someone who wants to bring their children for eye exam, as they will need us to pay for some portion, I said when I called the reception she didn't tell me I need to pay for some portion MSP and I asked the Filipino guy he works there and he didn't want to explain the reason at all, I think because is small money and doesn't want to spend time to explain. I recommend other optical stores because they are included all fees and doesn't need to pay for it. However, I won't go here next time and don't recommend for who wants to bring a kid to do eye exam here.

Bought a pair of YSL sunglasses and they gave me such a great deal. Kiwo is friendly and knowledgeable and provided us with great customer service. There’s no doubt I will be coming back for our new pair for summer! Highly recommended.

Store has great selection, very timely service, got my glasses a couple of days earlier than expected. Kim and Kiwo were great, both helped a lot with picking out my frames. Will def be my new go to place for glasses.

I have a great experience here. It is my first time buying glasses and having an eye exam. Dr. Vangie Tsui made my first eye exam a wonderful experience. She is very calm checking my eye and answering all my question. Kiwo, who help me picked my glasses is very helpful as well. He recommended a lot of pair of glasses that would suit me. I wish I can buy them all. However, I got 2 pairs of glasses with an amazing deal thanks to Kiwo. He also thoroughly and patiently help me process my benefits claim. Amazing place. Amazing staff. Amazing service!

Bought a pair of glasses here. Within 2 years the frame broke twice. The manufacturer replaced the frame the first time, but within a year, the new frame broke again. Eye Inspire is unable to fix it and I am left with a pair of broken glasses.

I was 2 days into my 4 week overseas holiday when my glasses broke luckily Yan at eye inspire was absolutely amazing and got my old lenses in some new frames in under am hour and saved my trip thank you so much. Highly recommended!!!

Went to buy sunglasses in this store. Unfortunately, during my visit they don't have what i want and they have to order it somewhere else. Staff told me it will take just a week. It's been more than 2 weeks now and I've been calling for week to ask if they have my glasses already. Called today and staff told me my glasses is currently at the back order and they have to make it still so they don't know when will they have it. I'm not happy with this because i could have bought it somewhere else instead and not wait for this long.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! prices on the frame are hugely marked up so they can give you a "discount". Even after their "discount", it is still 40-100% more expensive than all and I mean all other glassware shop in Metrotown. They also have a no refund policy even tho I just walked out the door went back in less than 5 mins for sunglasses. They will also tell you that insurance company can claim it with their receipts but they have no clue what they are talking about. Manager did process the claim for me after declining my request for a refund They will tell you whatever it takes to get the sale. Stay FAR away.
