Customer service was great! Not too salesy, helped us find a specific style of hat.
I had the best customer service in FOREVER at Lids . Everyone was getting hats for the summer I noticed and thought great idea I'm gonna be a follower lol . Anywho walked in looking at hats and the whole staff was awesome with helping me figure out what I was looking for . We cracked jokes and had great banter and I learned all about hats and shapes for faces. Made my day. Great staff , truly awesome people. I highly recommend this shop. I will definitely be back.
love going here great selection of hats, Jerseys & as well customized at hat, my friend got Las Vegas Knights hat & got one the employee to stich Marc Andre Fluery name & number & employees are helpful & very nice way greet, I do more of shopping for hats at Lids than online shopping
