Bought a cobra driver in the spring, used it 4 times, I’m a senior, and am not a long hitter, well it shattered, blew up in my hands after 4 uses. Took it back, Gerry was good, called me told me I could get a refund as they had no offset drivers in stock to replace it, went in the next day, and it was a horrible experience, the manager was horrible to deal with, “this is not how we handle things at all” she said, if she smiled her face would crack. I have spent a lot of money over the years at this store, and that was my last purchase.
Removed visible prices on the shoes: shady. Lethargic staff.
I would choose a zero-star if that was an option. The customer service here was absolutely terrible! Oh wait, that's right...THERE WASN'T ANY! I went to the store yesterday to shop for a football jersey. Upon entering the store, there was not a single staff member close to the doors to even acknowledge a customer! I spent approximately 15 - 20 minutes inside. I counted at least 3 staff members on the floor near the back half of the store that were not with customers and not a single one approached me or made any effort to ask if they could help me. I also counted about 6 customers at that time clearly not busy.... I was on my way out, empty-handed, and FINALLY spotted a staff member that actually made eye contact with me. I had to approach her to ask for help which was of no use. It was a bad experience and very awkward. If I owned/managed this loaction, I would be absolutely ashamed to know that, literally, nothing was being done in my store.
Nice store and great staff! Got my sports stuff without a hiccup!
Some older lady, I believe her name was Jenn? Made my experience very uncomfortable, spoke to me with a very condescending “attitude” and was overall a rude person to me. I never write reviews but I’m wondering if anyone else has had the same issue now.
