John facilitated and negotiated with lawyers,environmental professionals, appraisers, mortgage brokers and bankers to finalize the transaction in a set time efficiently .

I am not one to leave bad reviews with a company but my experience dealing with Ross has been less than pleasant. I own and operate a plumbing and heating business in Calgary. I have been advocating for buyers to complete a sewer video inspection as part of conditions since 2014. I have even completed multiple inspections for various realtors in this office. Today Ross Atkinson accused me of a privacy breach not only impacting my business and my professional position but using this to try and negatively impact my assessment of a properties existing sewer line. I would not recommend this agency for your real estate needs.

Very disappointed with Remax Central / Miki Somos. I was represented as a seller by Miki which resulted in $900 mistake and nearly 7 weeks of headache. On personal level, i have no problem with him, great guy to talk to. However, on a professional/business level, i am very disapponted. There was a simple problem that needed to be communicated between buyer's agent and Miki. Seven weeks !! went by and Miki did nothing. I called, texted .. and he either did not respond or came up with an excuse about dealing with it. Nothing got done. Both buyer and I were very frustrated with this. 7 weeks later Miki's "i will deal with it" meant that he connected me directly with buyer's agent and she connected me with the seller ditectly and we were left to figure it out which we did quickly. Miki's inability to deal with conflict and a simple issue was stagerring. Communication just horrible. Worst thing is that there was no follow up, no applogy, nothing. If it isn't simple transaction & easy money, it ain't getting done. Look for another agency.

Had the mispleasure of having to deal with this company. The talentless Brett Greff was their assigned representative. If this is the level of talent they hire I would strongly avoid using Re/Max.

I bought a house from a seller that was being represented by this real estate company. First, their agent gave us the wrong information about the house mid-way through the purchase process he casually said he mixed up details with another house and didn't accept any fault for it. Second, he waited until the very last day to provide details about the wire transfer for the deposit. Third, they didn't accept e-transfer payments and after multiple emails back and forth, I was forced to go to the bank and pay $60 out of pocket to make a wire transfer. I asked them to cover this fee because that's the cost this realty should pay for living in the stone ages, but they never responded... typical... you guys need to get your S*** together..

I would not recommend this company to anybody. This company will not remove their lock box from my railing, after nine months of ownership, several calls of open "inquiries" to no avail. Very disappointing for a renowned company to have no care or responsibility of such a small task.

Cant believe they allow their realtor Farid Hatam to litter our neighborhood with ugly signs which are illegal as per the City bylaws. Not only does he have the signs up but he is chaining them to concrete blocks on city property. Please remove these illegal signs. Stop putting garbage in our neighborhood.

We just purchased our first property. It was a scary, exciting and overwhelming experience. We didn't know what we were getting in to. Thankfuly one year ago I met this amazing woman Laura Schewchenko. I liked her personality, being open and sincere and genuine. She guided me through every step and our purchase went smooth thanks to her. Thanks Laura!
