Christine the bank manager is so awesome. So are Natasha, Yvonne, Sandy, Garda and Jacob! Lots of great people at this branch, so accommodating, much better than some other financial institutions in the neighbourhood

late hours are awesome. staff are dependable and most are friendly, but actual banking services are kinda slow. multi-lingual staff is cool. clean, friendly atmosphere other local rbc branches lack. wickets are understaffed during peak times (Fridays 11-1 and 3-5), lines and waits can be long. doesn't really stand out among the boutiques in the area on 41st, kinda hard to spot.

This locations seems clean and classy unlike some more sketchy locations. I like to get money and make deposits at this place because feels safe and parking on the street is convenient.

When I went in to sign up for an account the employee gave misleading, untruthful information. Probably driven by commissions. Really didn't like my experience with RBC.
