When Visa said my mailbox was insecure but it's a brand new superbox with keys that are still on the original keychain;nI caught RBC employees stealing my cards. I would suggest you cancel your service with them.nRemember their employees are only people, and these people will steal from you.

They have the best ATM I have seen , gives you the option of notes denominations, all automated. The fees for non RBC cards is very high was charged $3.

Complete waste of time in every way - on hold for over an hour - walked in the branch while on hold and staff were chatting and not 1 customer was in the branch! I wanted to, I should have, but I didn't. Fire them all and get staff that are interested in service rather than just collecting a pay cheque.

Always happy with my experience here: a bit of a wait in line for a teller from time to time but it's to be expected. ATM is always available within a minute or two if that.

I deal with several banks in multiple cities. This is by far the most pleasant and efficient group of people I deal with. They still understand the personal touch. Great branch.
