I’ve used this branch for many years and appreciate the ‘small town’ atmosphere with the big city’ support system.nnI would recommend this branch to anyone.

Worst customer service EVER. I’ll never be banking with this branch again. I’ll be leaving a complaint with TD based on the last conversation I had with the individual “helping me”.

This branch has a poor sense of urgency for small business transactions. Appointments are typically 3 days out, and return of phone messages typically runs more than 6 hours. This isn't just one experience, but routine. In terms of all TD branches I deal with as I travel frequently, this branch ranks at the bottom of my list for customer service for business.

I just wanted to have them fax a bank statement to a location I intended to be at on the following day. Doing this would have saved me having to go out of my way; and to be honest, I had no time to do that. Unfortunately, there's no way to authorize a fax unless you do it in person with a teller, which completely defeats the point. With all the phone banking options they offer, you would think authorizing a fax would be among them. They told me I could print my own PDF, but my expensive banking service didn't come with a printer. They were friendly enough, I guess. So long as your not a disabled man with a pistol, they'll treat you pretty well. There's a story there

This branch does a fabulous job. The staff here have provided my with solid advice and products each time my financial needs have changed. I always get professional advice here, and I am always treated in a friendly, caring and courteous manner.
