Tiffany, the senior client service rep, went above and beyond to resolve my issue. What made it different was that she related to my problem as an actual human, rather than a policy driven robot although policy and procedure were not lacking. The staff and atmosphere in this branch is very friendly and inviting.

Id re consider using this location as they are unable to preform simple tasks such as opening an account guess they dont want new business which i was instructed to go into the branch by a cibc representative over the phone was a huge inconvenience to drive 30plus minutes to be told they are currently booking a month and a half later to preform a simple 30min task of opening an account all other branches are more than happy to open an account and not make you wait a month and a half i would have put zero stars if possible very unprofessionals in my opinion...

I am extremely pleased with all the services that I receive at the CIBC NAPANEE branch. Tiffany is aways most helpful with my regular banking needs and Mike Dominik is a very attentive financial adviser and recently attended to all our requirements to remedy an identity theft fraud. I have dealt with the CIBC since 1986 and have found the staff in all departments to be very professional and personal at the same time.

Has the worst hours for people to try and complete any banking. Not convenient for people who work long hours and not open Saturdays which they used to be.

Worst service ever and no one is helpful at this bank. Don’t bank here. The people that work here are rude and don’t know how to do their job properly.
