RBC Royal Bank

Recently had the most traumatic experience with RBC. Send an etransfer for 1070$ accidentally sent to one of their customers. Almost 3 months later after police visited this branch and were assured etransfer was cleared of being fraudulent they would return my money in 7 to 10 business days no return of $1070. Went back to branch. Received all bank policies from them that they couldn't help me. TD is saying RBC has money and has to return it. Told manager I would sit in lobby until someone helped me. They called police and had me handcuffed for an hour in front of bank. I was causing a scene playing solitaire on my phone. Awesome service!! Shame on you!!

Olivia may be the rudest, untrained teller I've had the disdain to encounter. The customer service at RBC Spruce Grove has increasingly gotten worse the last few years. I'm not sure what job pool they're finding thier staff, but I am almost over the attitude for simply asking for my currency exchange to be counted and not thrown at me. Or ask to speak to a manager with whom also has no idea what's going on. Rude staff. Zero stars.

A huge shout out to the wonderful staff at this branch! After standing in a long line for about 20 minutes, staff member Olivia Hall assisted me. My transaction required I make a trip to another financial institution and return to this branch to deposit funds. When I expressed the fact that I likely wouldn’t be able to stand in line again - physically or schedule-wise - Olivia graciously advised me that she would watch for me and I could simply hand her the deposit without waiting in line.nAs promised, she noticed my arrival back at the branch and, in spite of being busy motioned for me to drop off the deposit and offered me a chair while she completed the deposit.nI so appreciated her compassion and thoughtfulness as well as the security person’s friendliness and warmth at the door.nThank you for adding the warm human touch! So needed these days!

I frequently visit this bank and have had a great experience. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting with Lisa Rosin, one of the financial advisors, and I can't say enough good things about her! She was incredibly helpful and really took the time to understand my needs. Thank you Lisa!

My wife and i were serviced by and outstanding customer service representative named Melissa who in our opinion was friendly and very professional, i came in to pay my visa , and i asked about a online question which was regarding a pre approved line if credit? And with in minutes she had helped me out with all my questions, we required additional information ,and she had referred us ,to speak with Miranda who finished with the transfer of our visa to a LOW interest rate line of credit account Saving us a wad of cash !! These ladies are the reason why we deal with this branch of-the R.B.C. Empire , because for them going above and beyond is “just called SATURDAY “ great job ladies
