RBC Royal Bank

I love this is institution, they go out of their way to honestly help people's financial growth and any situation your in they actually have your back. I will never bank anywhere else.

Bank machines are GROSS. I have complained before and had to again today as I went in to use the bank machines. The keys have a black gunk on them that we all know is bacteria and I do not want any contact with these keyboards. When I complained about it today the receptionist said she had just cleaned them. Well I believe she may have wiped them but she did not clean them. The black bacteria takes a few days to weeks to form on these keys. Come on Royal Bank, you are worth billions of dollars and you can't afford to have a proper cleaning staff or independent cleaning company come in and properly clean these keyboards. I am ashamed to be a Royal Bank customer

Hit and miss with which teller you get... some are super nice and helpful, others, not so much. The inside is not always clean and looks very dusty inside. For what they are, they should do a better job of maintaining and updating their decor.

I tried to send an e-transfer to Spain but I couldn't because I'm from Cuba. I've lived in Canada for almost 10 years and I've been a Canadian citizen for 7 but I guess that is not good enough because Cuba is in some kind of black list. I dealt with RBC for 1 month, calling several times, had couple meetings..I even had to bring my Canadian passport and my AB health card and they still couldn't fix the problem. I'll be switching banks pretty soon and I'll be telling everyone I know about this horrific experience. The money that I've been trying to send to Spain is for a baby with Charge Syndrome, he just had a Cochlear hearing implant surgery that cost the family $4000 dollars, the money I need to send, a little bit over $1000, is from a fundraising that I did with the community of Spruce Grove to help this young family. Thanks RBC for making this process so hard.
