Was here today for the first time (RBC Northgate), and the teller who helped me made my experience a 10/10. If I'm not mistaken her name was Katelyn, she was SO patient with what I needed help with. Besides just that, she was very kind, despite how busy it was she managed to remain calm and speak as though she truly did care. She deserves recognition!

Been going here for all my business needs. Never had 1 good experience. Tellers are rude, specifically the one older lady, always have issues at this location. I don't think they realize that they are not the only RBC location in the city. Will not be back and will definitely not recommend! Go the the NorthDale branch. Staff there is amazing!!
