I had a very terrible experiance with this bank. But Lisa and her crew worked hard to correct the problem. They have earned my trust back. Madison is awesome to deal with. She is a younger worker and can relate to the younger crowd. This branch has a more open concept with is pretty decent. If you are under 45. If you are over 45 you may dislike it.

In branch experience is decent, however trying to get a hold of them via phone is an absolute nightmare. I've actually had someone pick up the phone only to hang it up.

The worst service I ever had. The enployes and manager have no idea of what they are their for and wasted two days of my time!! If I could have given them no stars I would have!!
