This branch is the most unhelpful branch ,practically accused me of depositing a cheque in atm drawn on account with no funds. This is how they treat a customer of 35 years ..freeze my accounts online and mobile for 2 or 3 days.  Yet I deposit over 50k via bank drafts and they say cannot credit accounts until funds clear. BANK DRAFT. stupid !!!!   Close accounts and go to TD

Big lines, mediocre service at this branch.  Opened an account with a big balance and poorly explained/ not really appreciated.  Fees, fees, fees for everything.  No credit or value for minimum balance, only if you get their credit card, etc. etc..  Almost like they don't want your business.  CIBC seems friendlier and their offers make more sense (no fee, minimum balance).
