My experience in this branch is everything that a customer can ask for. They were prompt, friendly and well managed. I've done a few transactions in this branch and eveything has been smooth and all completed within a good timeframe. Kim who has helped me several times, goes over the top to make sure you meet your needs and complete your task.

I had a pretty important issue with my card, so i called at 5:59 on FRIDAY and the lady that assisted me(Nicole) picked up asked me 2 questions then hung up on me! I dont think that people from work should leave at exactly 6 when the work day ends at 6. Customer comes first!!! I tried calling again but nobody picked up and i was on the line for 1HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Won't exchange US funds for Canadian unless you have an account. Bah. Banks with such silly rules show they aren't after people's interests at all. Just their own. May as well join TD next door. Who did exchange.
