Definitely prefer previous hours of business and ease of parking. Previous hours allowed us to make deposits after our close of business, new hours mean having to leave our business during store hours to do banking. Business banking line remains impractical most of the time with it being faster on most occasions to go through the general line. This was true in the old location so it's nothing new. This branch is commonly used as a training branch by TD so we are seldom recognized at the branch despite being 25+ year customers there.

Dosent stay open to hours posted. Always busy, not enough people in the front, and super slow.

Do not deal with this branch! "Financial Advisor" Daniel Carroll is an incompetent who first assured us a line of credit application was approved, and then took 30 DAYS to finally admit he was incorrect. Branch Manager Craig Olson also wasted our time after we complained and failed to follow-up days after he promised to do so. Phone calls were not returned, and it took a visit to the branch to have a conversation. No alternative solutions were offered. We had instant success with the Royal Bank within 24 hours. We will be closing all our TD business and personal banking, credit cards and moving our mortgage elsewhere. These two should not be in the banking business.

ATM Machine in this branch frequently "Out Of Service"! Very inconvenient for clients who prefer to use the ATM than waiting in the long line up. Please fix this "frequent Out of Service the only ATM you've got"! Thank you.

Great staff at his TD location loved the interest rate offered to me for my mortgage.
