The staff are perfect. From tellers up to the managers. Very clean and wide open. Brand new branch, as good as it gets. Used this branch on a number of occasions now and overall good service. Reason for one star reduction is one day one particular service took 1.5 hrs to complete and required more time than necessary. However, what makes them a great branch and why I recommend them, is because they were very apologetic, aware of the inconvenience and gave me a Tim hortons gift card for my troubles. Great customer service. Little hard to find as no sign from Terry Fox, but otherwise great place.
