This is a typical bank nothing extra special but the staff is nice and friendly mind you they do charge extra service charges which I don’t like. I’ve been with them for so many years I was hoping they would give me a break on some service fees and they don’t. Usually there’s not a long wait time to deal with a tseller.

Customer for 15 years, when I closed my checking account because I was tired of paying monthly fees and they don't offer a account with no fees, they charged me 14 dollars to close it. I will be moving my mortgage next.

Will not bank with Scotia bank ever again, indicated on website that transfer between accounts are free online, however they charged me $5 for transferring money from my savings account to chequing, and refuse to help the customer to resolve the issue.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and highly knowledgeable and professional. This location is very clean, well organized and they often run contests and raise money for charity. I highly recommend this branch for personal and business banking. It's a positive environment and experience.

Had an incredibly frustrating experience with this branch trying to port a mortgage. Horrible service. Would give ZERO stars if this would let me.
