I don't recommend this branch. If you still want to deal with this branch then be diligent and ask for explicit written guarantees that you will not pay hidden fees. Be prepared to waste lots of your time.

There is only one guy on the counter Half an hour to get to the counter. Hire more staff TD. I pay you $15 fee a month for the last 10 years to receive a good service. Posted on Friday 7th of October 2016 at 12:55 while waiting in line for 30 minutes

One of the gentleman I talked to said it would take 6 months to review a loan, called the actual loan department 4 months later, they were shocked that he said that and said no longer than 48hrs!

It's a big branch.No washrooms, no coffee machine and no water fountain. Their staff is disinterested and as if they are doing you a favor.
