Bad hours for anyone that is working. This would be a one star at best if wasn't for onerep that works there, Paige! She actually listened to what I was dealing with and offered solutions. I came in to cancel my account, irritated and irate about to act a fool but her kind nature and accretive and reasonable solutions without needless delay truly impressed me! All the while she was training another rep to then open a new counter seeing I was sorted to help with the line of people that were walking out! She is very in-touch to humans how a customer should be treated!! RBC needs More reps like her!! Thanks Paige, keep up the great work your service was 5/5 indeed!
Never in my life have I felt more belittled and been looked upon as an undesirable client for Royal Bank. I can only say this type of treatment of a potential life long client does not serve Royal Bank's image well.
This local branch of RBC is operated by friendly caring staff. It’s nice that staff know you by name. Ample parking, handicap access with long ramp and motorized assist doors.
Service sucks i will probably never set foot in there again
