Disappointing. ATMs are now closed. Cannot take money out after hours. This is unprofessional to say the least. I don't usually write reviews, however this is now affecting my life style, and is unacceptable. Will be switching to a more professional bank that actually cares about their clients. Wish i could give negative stars.
After living in mount forest for 6 years I decided to finally start using the TD branch here. My first interaction has been horrible. I came in to the branch this morning to get some information regarding my account that only TD could tell me, my teller was looking for the info when TD Rep AMANDA overheard my confidential conversation and barged over to rudely and loudly discuss my private banking matter for the entire lineup to hear, during this interaction AMANDA told me “we don’t have any info to give you so that’s all there is for you to know” - this branch needs retraining especially on account and client privacy. I see a common denominator in these google reviews regarding this TD branch. I highly recommend BMO mount forest, they have great client services.
ATM is only open during banking hours lmao. What’s the point of having them then. I work night shifts so now I have to wait until they open to get my money?Convenience is out the window but TD will still make BILLIONS of us. Absolute joke that it was easier to get money 30 years ago than today!!
i love this branch except lately i’m only able to get to the atm after hours and i’m not able to as it’s only open during branch hours. Because of this i may have to switch as i can only get there after hours.
Atm's aren't open after bank hours anymore so you should be open on Saturdays then.
My experience with TD Auto Finance has been aweful. I emailed and called to change bank accounts and it cost me $145 in fees because I was given misinformation and the telephone representative was not willing to help out with the misinformation I was given. I would not recomentd this bank at all. Stay where you are. The devil you know is certainly better than this one.
Most of the time the people here are very nice but the cost of doing business with them is high, I had a payment come out that would have been fine then td mutual funds came out and put me overboard, which payment do you think they returned and labeled nsf? It wasn't the td money lol! They like you if you have money!
Absolutely the worst experience ever at a td branch Snooty indignant unhelpful without compation logic or understanding. I pray the employees who I spoke with are given the opportunity to be treated and helped in the likes. Policy and procedures are for people who know not how to think.
The clerks in here are great! Always super friendly, most of them remember me when I come.
Quick and convenient parking always available for easy access.
