This branch needs to staff more adequately and they need to add one more ATM machine. There are No envelopes outside the drive through. Parking is also full during day times. This branch should be bigger and should be relocated somewhere near the mega centre St Dorothy to make more convenient. For clients.

Always you have to wait more than 30mins to be served... not enough personal. Only 2 cashiers for basically 15 customers waiting to pay for their bills..
