Very poor staff bad service no communication. Takes weeks to get an answer from the bank. They don't contact you back. I always have to call to get answers. Receptionist never picks up the phone even if I leave voicemail message they will never call you back! Worst bank I've ever seen! I went to my wife's bank TD in Laval and they treated me very very good. It amazed me to see how welcoming they made me feel I will never step in bank national at 47 boul. Samson they need professional workers and managers ! I hope someone will read this and take action It's very important for all other clients to know

Service is very poor, staff doesn't smile. I never feel welcomed at this branch at all. They've been preaching 1 client 1 bank for the past several years but unfortunately this doesn't seem to apply here.

I am never able to reach someone by telephone no matter what time of day or what day of week. NO ONE ever picks up a telephone. Very bad service.

Worst bank hours ever. Have to take time off work to go have them photocopy my taxes?!
