CIBC Branch with ATM

Formerly a full service bank, this branch has recently been renovated and unfortunately no longer offers any form of regular banking or teller services at all. They instead have several Apple and PC and iPhone and Android self service terminals for customers to access their own online accounts

This branch is awful. The two regular tellers act as if you are bothering them with your presence. Especially the younger one. The older teller once told me to hold on while she drank her coffee first! For real? Went there this Wednesday around 1pm to find that there were no tellers to be found .Just told that they were gone for an hour. That's it! Stay away from this branch unless you want to be aggravated and annoyed. The branch manager has a lot of explaining to do. Made a complaint to the ombudsman. Hire people who want to work!

Definitely not the same as the Chomedey branch! The tellers give a mediocre experience, but most importantly, the branch manager is not well versed in her role. Really made me consider transferring all my money out of CIBC after mismanaging it.

Probablement la pire succursale de la CIBC par l'attitude de la direction. Je mets une étoile parce-que l'option 0 n'est pas possible.
