Unreasonable long wait times upon every visit. They have closed several nearby branches so this is one of the few in the west island with teller services which sometimes are necessary for commercial transactions. I would not recommend Laurentian to anyone nor this branch.

Got there 30 mins before closing, they have the entire bank closed except for the bank machine. Ridiculous considering that the bank is supposed to close at 4 and you get there at a decent time (3:30).

I depend on this branch since it is the closest to my home, but I am very close to switching to B.M.O.. It's the very long wait for a teller. One only available while there are 5 and up customers waiting. I come in every week at different times, and the slowness is too much. It's not the tellers fault. It's the understaffing. Waiting more than 20 minutes is the norm. While waiting 5 minutes is a rare.
