I waited 30 minutes for my appointment that was at 12:00. I got there at 11:45. All I heard was chatting about personal life for 15 minutes. No one cared someone was waiting. Finally I decided to leave at 12:15 since the person i had the appointment never came to get me. For a client driven institution, your customer service is poor. Staff needs to be educated in proper manners and etiquette in what is a professional establishment serving clients.

It's just crazy. How the counter staff is only thinking to leave from work. Don't go after 4:30. Nobody is wanting to serve anyone.

An understaffed nightmare, I'm here waiting for service right now and there is a lot of chitchat and coffee drinking while 10 people wait in line .... worst CIBC branch in Montreal.
