I took my mother in law in today to help her sort some things out with her banking and update some information. We started with the teller and then Rebekah Froats was able to address all the requests made. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Thanks for keeping this bank in this little Village as it’s important for our seniors to have this type of care when it comes to banking. Well done!

I have never been to the RBC Royal Bank in Iroquois.nnThis branch created a bank account in my name without my knowledge, permission or signature which is illegal.nnIf you have elderly loved ones dealing with this RBC branch you need to get involved to make sure they are protected.nnI have filed an official complaint with the RBC Ombudsman.
