Business banking is no fun, but RBC in Spencerville has done their best to make it work well. They are well staffed with minimal (or zero) wait times. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Oddly, they can easily handle some of the more complex business banking that seems to cause great difficulty and delay in other branches. This is one of those banks that still feels like an actual bank. No dimly-lit lounge or ambiguous, frustrating lineups. It's too bad that this branch will close. I was pleased to hear that all the staff members would keep jobs. They're the best!
