CIBC Branch with ATM

Most of branches close at 5, and this one works until 6 on Tuesday. So many customers come almost before closing and the line gets too big, with only 1-2 tellers. Could have been better experience here.

I'm literally closing all my CIBC accounts after being a customer for 6 yrs, just because the worst customer services I've received here. Only 2 tellers when I walked in, and still talked to each other and even laughed when they served the customers.

Place is renovated lately and looks very nice. Just make sure when you ask something, you ask it accurately, otherwise your credit card might get stuck in the branch for 3 months and nobody bothers you to inform you. Putting that aside customer service is satisfactory, could be way better though.

Renovations are nice but that doesn't fix the terribly slow service. Huge lines with one to two desk associates. They lost my credit card when I had it delivered and they take forever to process the smallest requests.
