We have been there twice now. The mussels, stir fry, french onion soup, and burgers are amazing. If you like your burger medium or rare you have to ask. The smoked wings were dry and the fries were not crispy, but considering everything else we have eaten has been amazing, i am just going to assume it was an off night. The service was perfect, prompt, friendly, but she did not stop by too much. I will definately be back and suggest this place to everyone.

By far my favorite restaurant in kent. Laid back low key atmosphere. Great food and a unique rotating draft beer list. I'm a bit of a beer enthusiast so I'm always coming back to see what's on tap this month. Staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

Smoked wings with dry rubs on the side were excellent. Of course you have to like smoked meats. But not rubbery as if parboiled prior to smoking. Deep fried wings very good as well. Excellent service.

Ate at Rays for the first time last weekend and it was a decent trip. Place was packed which we expected but we were seated quickly. Servers were running around crazy busy so there was a wait on getting our orders taken but once we did the food was done in a decent time for how busy the place was. Food was good. Will def be back at some point.

Ray’s Place is a great place to eat, decently priced, and nice specials. The real stand-out star though is Mara. If you ask for her, you will receive the best service ever!! She has kept us coming back and turned us into regulars. Great service, great memory, and the friendliest server I’ve ever had!
