Lucci's Place

Lucci's Pizza will absolutely kick your mouth's ass. I have tried nearly everything on their menu and it's all incredible. You really can't go wrong. Plus, it's run by a family of the nicest dudes you'll ever meet. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

I've been around Kent my whole life and there has never been an authentic New York style pizza shop anywhere near here. These guys popped up in 2015, but I didn't know about them until very recently. I am incredibly saddened to know that I have spent so much money at all of the other mediocre pizza places in the area when I could have been spending it here. I would have saved money too! They're the EPITOME of pizza. It is always perfect. If it's not perfect, they will make you a new one because they are a family owned and operated shop and they know how to treat people. FANTASTIC customer service. They are always happy to help you and never seem stressed even when I'm sure they are. Love these guys. Don't spend a dime anywhere else. Support local business and enjoy the best damn pizza in Ohio while doing it!!!

Lucci's Place rocks! If the flavour (authentic New York style, as some other reviewers say) or the gargantuesc size of the pizzas weren't enough, this family business produces their own dough (not precooked bases at all). So spend a little bit more and keep it local: it is worthy.

These boys and girls make the best d@mn pizza around. If u want to enjoy yourself come here and just don’t bother with any of the BS pizza in Kent.

Lucci's Place provides the only option to obtain real pizza that I have ever found west of the Appalachian Mountains. This should go without saying, but it is also, by far, the single best option to obtain pizza in Kent or, more broadly, Northeast Ohio. This is what pizza looks and tastes like, and I couldn't be happier to live so close. They even sell pizza by the slice, which is a hallmark of any real pizzeria. There is literally no reason to purchase what other places pass off as "pizza" anywhere else if you live within a reasonable drive of Kent. This is what good food, and more importantly, good pizza tastes like. Additionally, their t-shirt game is on point (Ultimate Warror inspired; how about Macho Man next?). Eat here.
