Story

At RARE Craft Steak & Cocktail House we make every guest our priority, every dish the highest quality & every drink the most satisfying. We intend to be the preferred destination at the forefront of Schenectady’s revitalization. In order to make that happen we have taken extensive measures to produce and provide a truly unique menu, atmosphere, & ambiance hand-crafted by us for you.

These days the word “craft” is thrown around in every which way but we truly embrace the word for what it is. When we say hand-crafted we mean we made it. From the ingredients in the dishes and cocktails to the sign out front and decor inside... even the menu you’re reading this on. We hope you like it, and we hope you embrace it as well! To us, dining out is best enjoyed with others so much of our menu is interactive. We encourage you to share dishes, create combos, and customize your choices to best fit your desires. We may write the menu but you craft the experience.

The burgers are so good! They have a decent vegetarian steak, in the menu there is only one vegetarian option but you can ask for a replacement of meat in any burger. Home beer also very nice.
The beer was watery but the food and atmosphere totally made up for it. Chicken strips, cheesy quesadillas and mozzarella sticks made you feel right as home! Mai-tai wasn’t bad at all either. Def recommend to try atleast once

Went there on a Saturday night and the atmosphere was cool. We got a table upstairs and the waiter got up quick, ordering and serving was pretty fast and the food was stunning. I reccomend the menu with nachos, for 2 or maybe even 3 ppl. The burger was good too, but coleslaw was a bit different from what I m used to so I didn t enjoyed it as much. Also, their home-made ice tea is a nice to try. Prices were more decent, I can say cheaper than most restaurants in Paris. Definetly will try again on my next visit in Paris.
I absolutely adored this restaurant! I was especially blown away by the service. My waitress Sofia was attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the food. She made me feel welcome and relaxed. The ambiance was also excellent.
The last of the four Frog pubs I visited during my stay, and offering the same great beer and food as all the others, along with friendly staff, great wifi and a brilliant looking menu. I've definitely become a big fan of these pubs, and made sure I downloaded the Frog Club loyalty card, and even earned a free beer during my stay just by scanning the card with each purchase worth doing if you visit for a while
Pretty good draught beers, with Nice snacks and apetizers menu. The first round of XL chicken wings was awesome, the second was dry and oversalted. Overall, it's à good spot, with a cosmopolitan population.
Foods are good! The staffs are really nice and informative. Music and vibes also good will 100% visit again once i come to Paris
Amazing bar open until late at night food is great and not so expensive. Menu in the picture is for two about 17 euros, for paris that is basically free . Great servers that speak English fluently and are very friendly and welcoming. They serve craft beer , all sorts of interesting tastes but the beer isn't cheap. Truly this place deserves five stars.
Terrible sandwiches and quesadillas emptiest I've ever had tbh. The long Island is lemon juice with a little bit of coke. Forgetting to bring us drinks half of the time, but however didn't forget to count them when we never received them. We were a whole load of colleagues and we will not come back. Thanks for nothing
