Disappointed! Stopped back in there after 25 years of living in my home town. I asked the waitress at the counter, after explaining such, that I'd like to purchase a cup if meat sauce so that I could bring it back home on my flight for my brother that can't travel anymore and this was his favorite place. Her reply was "No and buy a hot dog with it on it." The food may be the same. The place and obiance looks the same. BUT...not the staff! :-(.

Just as good as ever, John and the crew are always very friendly. Didn't see the regular girls today although the new lady is really sweet.! I went for lunch today but really love the breakfast they put out lots of bacon and love the home fries. Great job guys!!!!!

A Schenectady classic.... Simple, yet tasty menu in a setting reminiscent of a 60's or 70's diner. They serve up fresh and hot meals; a concept seemingly forgotten by the chain burger restaurants. The staff are always friendly and the service is fantastic.

Has a huge selection of diner fare that is always delicious. The waitress working in the morning is great. The restaurant, just like the town, is a bit run down --- then again, all the good spots are like that.

Great place for a quick, cheap, and truly Schenectady lunch. The meat sauce is toxic, but you just kinda gotta get it anyway. Best fries around.
