Randy's Pizza & Donair

6 months ago or so the place was great! Pizza looked delicious and tasted as well. Now quality is gone. Donairs seem to change seasoning all the time; sometimes really spicy sometimes not. I agree with a previous comment, the garic fingers are bland and often over cooked. They have next to no cheese, and I struggle to taste any garlic. Customer service seems pretty good; nice phone etiquette nice delivery drivers. But the food quality took a major plunge! Don't know if management changed or what. I know the cost of cheese has gone up but so have the prices of pizza's. Despite paying for the higher cost, cheese is at a minimal. Not sure if I will be back again.

Well I have a few complaints. going from Fresh cut fries to not even good frozen fries dried out and gross. I use to go here for poutine because of the home cut fries. plus I had to wait 30 minutes for a poutine really? the wait time seems to be getting longer and longer, not only that most recently when i have ordered garlic fingers they don't taste like garlic? its like cheese on dough? this is becoming the norm. They are putting so little cheese on now that its getting very brown and over cooked because of how little they are using. I use to love this place but definitely going down hill in quality.

Surprisingly this place was recommended but I was thoroughly disappointed. The pizza tastes and feels like it was prepared in a mass-produced assembly line fashion. The chicken wings are small and ours were overcooked and dry. There are too many pizza places vying for your hard-earned money, I recommend you try somewhere else.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, great Donairs!! Our first time at Randy's - certainly won't be our last - we travelled from Hammonds Plains to try them and we weren't disappointed. Can't wait to try pizza next time. Watched them hand-toss dough and take a lot of care in making each pie. If you haven't tried Randy's, what are you waiting for?!?
