King Of Donair

I ordered ham on all and pineapple on half, i did not pick up the pizza a friend did. They told them if i ordered half pineapple and all ham INSTED of Hawaiian it would be a lot cheaper which i did. So i contacted them and they refused to refund the difference or give me my money back, and to make it worse they burnt the ham, so i called him back and asked how it is Hawaiian which he charged me for it and he hung up instantly

Honestly, just walk across the parking lot to Mezza. Not only is their quality of food better, but the staff actually welcomes you. Just went to King of Donair for the last time. Feeling like I'm a burden on you when I'm trying to place an order doesn't sit right.... And neither does their food. Ranging from the lacking value and quantity of their food, to the poor customer service, I'd take my cash elsewhere. Oh yeah, speaking of cash, these guys charge for debit too. They may be called "King" of Donair, but they're far from the best.

Very disappointed with my experience here and wish I read the reviews before ordering. The food was way over priced for the quality and quantity received. The meat was overly salty and extra greasy and the sauce was runny and lacked flavour. Will never order again.

My wife and are are visiting Halifax from Ontario for a couple weeks and we never really had a donair before, so we tried a couple places and discovered King of donair.... holy smokes!!!!! sooo much meat in a donair, i had ranch dressing with mine it was excellent! ..... so we've been ordering from them for a few days in a row, its hard not to get hooked on their food! .... we reccomend a large donair with donair sauce on the side ... u will get addicted to this food so consider this your warning :) - Sherri and Ivan Magoci
