Good Donaires! If you’re looking for that good east coast flavour Donaire, here is a good place to try them! The restaurant is clean and staff are friendly and efficient! I ordered my Donaire, the person working said “it will be 10 minutes for the donaire to be ready” they had the food all good to go in 3 minutes!

Please stop verbally asking for a tip for pick up orders. The food is good, the customer service is fine. The main reason we don't go here is how awkward it is when they ask for a tip on the debit machine. Whenever we talk about going here, it's like we could go here and deal with that rudeness or literally go anywhere else and not.
The misogynistic tip jars are enough to alienate 50% of their potential customer base, but when you add the abysmal customer service and “fresh” pizza slices that have been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour that the surly silver haired man behind the counter pushes on you, it’s difficult to justify eating here. I had planned on ordering a whole pizza and spending a lot more money, but the man behind the counter clearly didn’t want to be bothered. Tipping for a pizza slice they slap onto a paper plate at a fast food outlet that *isn’t a full service restaurant with wait staff* is a stretch to ask at best, but gender shaming women into tipping is outdated, unacceptable and frankly the lowest common denominator of customer service I have ever seen. Seeing those jars made me NOT want to tip when I otherwise might tip if staff was friendly and went above and beyond. It’s 2023, not 1950, and as a woman with disposable income to spend, this is the last place I would go, given the owner’s attitude towards us. Other women I know avoid this place like the plague specifically because of those tip jars. Ate their pizza once because I was hungry and in the area. Nope to going there ever again.
have always ordered from here and up until a couple months ago it was always great pizza. Lately? not at all. It has been tasting more and more like the box it comes in. We just waited over two hours for our pizza and garlic fingers to be delivered. I called at the 1.5h mark and was told it would not be much longer, that they were busy. When we finally got it 30 minutes later & opened the box it looked like they had stuck it into the oven to heat it back up before sending them out; hard, burnt, dry. We don’t even want to eat it. The delivery driver did not even apologize for the wait or make any effort of communication. Will never be ordering from here again.
I wanted donair egg rolls, they had none. That was fine, but the guy got here and said he got to go get the pop, I thought he left it in car, NO, he said he had to go back to store! Omg, my food got cold, and I am still waiting for my pop !! I had no pop and I like pop with my take out. Its been 20 minutes and I still have no pop!! Grrrr... what happened to the service here???I had to call store or it wouldnt have came.
That is a medium donair. APPSOULTLY NO DONAIR SAUCE. Paid 11.50 for WHAT. I called them and the woman on the phone just kept replying the meat was probably cut bigger. Great pizza. But bad service and small donair portions. I know it would be different if the owner answered the phone or was working.
Food was ok. But the cleanliness of the place is questionable . The customer service is in the negatives. Whoever the screaming female is that answers the phone often
Over rated. Came highly recommended to me but I wasn't impressed by anything. Prices could be better since food is not.Food: 3/5
If I could put zero stars I would. Food is great here, customer service is a disgrace…. I called to make a order and found a better deal somewhere eles withen 2 mins of calling. So I called back to cancel. A lady picked up and said “is there a reason for cancelling” I responded politely saying I found a better deal sorry bout that. She then with attitude said “well your food is getting ready to go in the oven do not call back if your going to cancel your order” I then told her she was sounding very rude and shouldn’t be talking to me like that for cancelling a order she then proceeded to yell at me. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life.
