I'm very impressed with the services that's being provided by this company. Dr. Randhawa has been very supportive for me and my family. It gets very busy so it's best you open up some time in your day when you have scheduled an appointment. I came by the other day and the staff were accommodating and help me explained my options that work within my budget. I feel quite safe to know my vision is looked after!
Very good service! Dr. Randhawa is great, she has a kid-friendly technique of communicating to kids to make sure they are comfortable. My daughter enjoys her check ups and the way Dr. Randhawa does it. The staff are also very accommodating, Rexxie is the best! Sometimes though it gets busy, a lot of people come here because of great service, so make sure to book your appointment and arrive on time.
My family and I have gone to Dr. Randhawa for over a decade and it feels like she is a part of our family. We have recommended all of our family and friends to go to her. She has created a warm and welcoming environment for all of her patients. The front staff is amazing and always greet the patients with big smiles and laughs. Dr. Randhawa is the best in the game!
Fantastic, life changing treatment for my son. Wish I had known about Vision Therapy earlier as the regular optometrist just kept on increasing my son’s prescription. Amazing results- amazing doctor - she truly cares a lot - and amazing staff. Always a positive experience.
What an experience! Dr. Randhawa is so genuinely happy to help and takes the time to educate and explain so much about eye health. Not to mention the experienced staff that help pick out frames suited for the reason you’re getting them but will also make you look good too!
As many people have mentioned in other reviews, wait times are a significant issue at Perspective Clinic - be prepared to wait at least an hour even if your appointment is in the morning as the Optometrist is always late most likely due to over-booking patients. We have been to this clinic over several years and having to wait an hour plus is a consistent issue. The staff are friendly and the Optometrist is pleasant but they don't seem to realize that waiting over an hour with kids for a 5 min appointment is not reasonable. The staff's default answer seems to be "they were dealing with emergencies causing the delay". Unfortunately, they also don't seem to respect people's busy schedules as we have had to miss other planned activities waiting for our appointment. Because of the wait times, we will be looking for a new clinic for future appointments.
Loved my experience here. Amazing staff and Dr. Randhawa was kind, funny and very good. She gave me great advice and told me what I could expect in the years to come. Plus gave me tips on how to help with my dry eyes.
I was diagnosed with post traumatic vision syndrome from a MVA I had a few years back, I have been working with Dr. Randhawa and her team for the past couple of years. I cannot say enough about their experience and helpfulness during this stressful time on vision relearning. Yash is my therapist and I cannot be more grateful for her and our sessions. Her attention to detail, caring demeanour and experience makes my journey a lot easier to deal with. The improvements I have made since starting have been slow, but steady. It’ll be different for everyone, but Yash has made it fun and interactive. Thank you for what you do!
Dr Randhawa and staff are lovely, very friendly, efficient and knowledgable. They helped me with my binocular disfunction and I truly feel they listened to my concerns and helped me understand and treat my condition. There are an over-abundance of eye doctors, but this one stands out from the crowd. Dr. Randhawa is well trained, listens, and takes a careful approach, therefore this place can be packed with people at peak times. The new larger store has a modern feel and offers the basic selection of entry level value to designer frames. This a family friendly practice with tea, coffee, water sometimes some refreshments offered at various times. Parking is much improved over their former 'Killarney Market' mall location. June 2018 Update: With a store expansion and added vision services, efficiency and customer service has been affected, so wait times are very long. #LetsGuide
