My first time visiting Dr. Marina Roma-March and her team at the Broadway Station Eye Care Clinic. Throughout every step in the process, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and customer service I received. All members of the team, from the receptionists to the doctor, to the lens technician were friendly, attentive, patient and kind. Any questions I had were addressed clearly and effectively. I highly recommend visiting this clinic for your glasses or contact lenses. They offer a decent selection of affordable frames and provide friendly and professional services.

I came to the clinic last week for a eye exam. Dr. Roma-March was thorough and super nice. I had to get glasses and checked out their selection and spoke to the optician who was able to answer my questions regarding picking out the right size of frames that would work best for the type of glasses I need. If you are looking for an experienced optometrist and optician. I would recommend booking an appointment. I also saw that they accept glasses donation for their missions. This year they are going to India with the donated glasses, I will definitely be dropping off my old glasses.

Dr. Marina Roma-March saved my Vision I was 1 week close to being Blind! I had broken my glasses and needed a new pair of glasses, so I made an appointment for an eye exam, lucky thing I did, as Dr. Roma-March discovered I had a few retinal macular holes, she referred me to an specialist the day of and expressed the urgency. The same day I saw a specialist and same day I went to a Surgeon 2 Specialists WOW! and had the holes repaired This office has great relationships to other specialists. She is so professional and cares about her patients, I appreciate her thorough exams and attention to detail. I've gotten the most honest advice from Dr. Roma-March from what Contacts are best for my Eyes, including examining the size Curvature of contacts and brands I should use for my Dry Eyes and what eye drops are best for keeping my eyes lubricated as well as helping me through the transition of moving into my 40s and needing Reading Glasses. Today I needed an eye exam and the staff accommodated for a same day exam. I am so grateful for the convenience and expertise of this office! Also FYI Indigenous Folks, they are the best office that makes it easy for patients to utilize Indigenous Health Coverage with no complications. I feel at ease knowing that I see an Optometrist who is Professional and highly Skilled in this field and not only is my vision monitored by the health of my Eyes! Thank You Dr. Roma-March I so recommend this Office for future patients!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this office. I was told to book a regular exam and contact lens fitting despite wearing contacts the last 10 years and only needing the prescription. The receptionist told me over the phone that the contact lens fitting fee would be taken off my contact lens purchase when I ordered new ones through their office, so I didn’t think much of it. I confirmed this over the phone, when I went into the office and when I came back for the trial. Speaking to different people. It took three weeks before the “trial lenses” came in and they could see me for an appointment to fit them. One eye was completely off, but Dr Roma wouldn’t listen and continued to insist it was the astigmatism. My old prescription was better than the new one she gave me. She also shrugged it off saying my eye would never be 100% anyway. And the best part was when I went to order the new lenses, the receptionist said they had never offered to waive the fee and they would be full price. I wasted a month and a half of my life, got the exact same prescription I went in with, and then was asked to pay the full contact lens fee despite confirming the waiver at three separate occasions. Waste of money, time, and myself and my family will not be returning.

I have been going to Dr. Marina Roma-March for over 10 years and have received nothing but exceptional service. She diagnosed me with cataracts and when the cataracts matured, referred me to a great Ophthalmologist for cataract surgery. Following surgery she reassessed my eyes and prescribed progressive lenses… my vision was simply amazing for both reading and distance. I am very pleased with the service, referrals, followups and my improved vision.

Dr. Marina is a passionate optometrist driven to provide exceptional eye care. Her kind and empathetic demeanour have always lead to pleasant visits which is why I have been a long term patient of hers. My eye exams are not only quick but informative as she takes the time to explain the conditions of my eyes. Thank you!

Her charitable work providing eyecare in impoverished places around the world is just one example of the good human that she is. Front desk staff have been iffy over the years, but don't let that stop you from making Dr. Roma-March your go-to optometrist.
