Nice place to stay. Only giving 4 stars as the beds were hard as a rock, but some people like that. Breakfast was great with many options. Pool was open until 12am for adults, loved that! And the staff was insanely kind! Even called me when I got up to my room to make sure everything was okay with it. Rooms could be updated a bit as the bathroom/ sink were probably from the 90’s. But everything was very clean, and that’s what matters!
Clean room and friendly staff except the general manager. She was very rude, and would not make me a key without giving me a hassle. I was there for a memorial and I had left my key in my room in the morning while out with a family friend. The family friend paid for my room and it was under his name but he specifically had a room for me amongst the other rooms he had paid for. When i explained the circumstance to the Manager she was very rude and at first did not ask for my license. She was very insensitive when i explained i was there for a memorial and then asked me if i even had a license. Luckiy my family friend had came down to the front desk and the general manager refused to make me a key. She instead escorted me to my room to see if it was really my room and kept claiming that it was to keep me safe in front of my family friend. I've traveled across the country by myself before and was honestly upset at how unprofessional this general manager was. It was definitely one of those moments where a bitter old woman had to pick on a young woman. The other staff was very friendly and modeled better professionalism than the general manager. Just be mindful if you are sending your college aged students in to stay here as they will give them a hard time!
The staff was wonderful. I don't think I have ever been to a hotel that had a friendlier staff. The location is great, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. This place had one of the nicest breakfast setups I have ever seen at a hotel. Lots of options and even breakfast sandwiches.
Hotel was fantastic. Very clean, front desk ladies were very friendly!! Pool and jacuzzi were very clean and relaxing!! We will be back. Very nice hotel. Breakfast had so many different items. Well worth the stay! Beautiful view too!!
Fantastic rooms that are very clean, great shower with high water pressure. Sauna is in great condition, there is an indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast is good with lots tea options. Wifi is very fast and reliable, views of the bridge and the channel are nice. Would stay again! Easy on the wallet! Staff is helpful with great local recommendations!
