Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Wow has this place has gone down hill. In the PAST the chicken tenders were fresh, crispy, large and 3 fingers used to be enough for a person but NOW they are tiny, just slightly bigger than a chicken fry, they were not crispy, chicken was dry, and tasted like a frozen store bought chicken strip. I ordered 17 fingers which are now $1.81 per finger and two orders of fries and it was like a small appetizer, definitely was not enough to feed a family of 4. Each time I order there they forget something, last time was the canes sauce this time the ketchup. Highly disappointed especially for $40!

My first visit to Cane's lived up to the hype. Somehow they make chicken fingers taste better than any others. We received our food quickly and piping hot! The drive through workers were especially nice too. Best fast food experience I have had in a long time.

We’ve been here a number of times and had good experiences, but this time the tenders looked like chicken nuggets, were over cooked, and didn’t even seem to have the same marginal Panko breading. The line was short for a change. Apparently everyone else has noticed too.

Update: Continues to be consistent experiences. Highly recommend! Best. Chicken. Ever! Always have had great experiences with food and service. Their limited menu allows them to specialize in making the best chicken and food and it sure pays off! Can’t forget about their Texas toast either. Simply amazing!

Never had an issue with this particular location since they've opened. Courteous staff, sizeable portions, made fresh every time I've gone. Even tried curbside and was pleased with the ease of such a transaction compared to other places. Even with the long lines during peak hours, you're never waiting long to get your oder. Reliably consistent.

Great service. Quick and fast. The food is always hot and fresh. I love the canes sauce and grilled buttered bread. The chicken tenders are awfully small. Really disappointed especially for $7.39. The look big but the breading is deceiving.

Usually when I come here I get good fresh food, but tonight the food was HORRIBLE! Chicken tenders were not fresh and over cooked, fries were dry and tasted old. Highly disappointed seeing that I sat in the drive-thru for about 25 minutes and spent $48 and the food was horrible! They also were so busy trying to rush that they just threw the food in the bag and the food was hanging all out of the container. Smh

Customer service takes a whole new low here. Young untrained staff working the window handing the drinks out on their side purposely to spill your drink onto you. Happened to the customer in front of us and to myself. Talked to Tyler the "manager" and did nothing. I had to beg for napkins while their staff laughed at me. Food is always pretty good but the service is why I'm not going here anymore.

Placed an order in the website for it to be ready at 5:50. Arrived at 5:55 because I understand that places get busy and I didn’t wanna be there right at 5:50, and be rude. Stood in line for 3-4 minutes because food was not ready on the shelf like it should be. Finally got to the counter and said I had an order for Abigail. And showed them the screen showing the order number and order pick up time. The cashier was very sweet and apologized which I was okay with and I sat down to wait. Then I heard the guy next to her call back to the kitchen they needed to get the order ready for my name. And the kitchen responded with “we haven’t started it yet.” By this point it’s after 6. And I am still waiting. They have some kid come up to help on the front counter who has a longest greatest hair I have ever seen handling food. It made me nauseous. A few more minutes passed They then proceeded to hand my food to another customer without calling a name. I heard her ask them who this was suppose to be for because she had a different order. And he said “your Abigail ain’t you?” And she said no. Because I heard my name I stepped up and said no that’s me. I grabbed the food and said “I am suppose to have 2 beverages too. I’ve been here over 15 minutes from my pickup time…” And the kid mumbled something. His eyes were glossed over and red af. I asked him to speak up. And he grabbed a cup and walked away. The other male employee said “yeah so? We’re busy” Finally he came back and handed me my drinks. And didn’t say anything to me. At this point is was 6:10 and I went out to my vehicle. Food was good but when I went to get a drink. I had gotten half sweet tea and half lemonade. I got unsweet tea. So disappointed with this experience.

Went to raising canes on monday right when they opened. Ordered canic combo with lemonade and 3 finger combo with lemonade. Pulled up to the first window greeted me hi how are you. Payed, have a nice day, no smile or hi. Got my drinks, and waited for my food. Got home lemonade tasted watery not sugary taste anymore. Chicken was ok had one piece there was no chicken in the piece combo just breaded nothing waste of one less chicken finger. Must have been there on a bad day. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu.
