KFC

Food was so so. Chicken strips were bland and the fries were crunchy like they have been reheated a couple of times. My wife said the bowl was OK but didn't have as much Chicken or corn in it as they had in the past. Coleslaw was very Good as it usually is. The employees were very friendly. Looks like they blocked off the old buffet with beat up sheet pans. Kinda ghetto looking along with the wall between the dining room.

Buffet was well stocked, food looked/tasted fresh. All condiments were stocked and looked neat. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Buffet is decently priced and there is a lot of food to choose from.

I witnessed the manager or whoever Aaron is be complete a-hole to a senior customer. Very non customer service like. Not understanding of the customer or trying to be of any help at all. I don't ever go there nor do I plan on ever going back after watching him give the other customer an attitude for no reason. My wife and I will never be back.

Fist the guy took long to respond to me at the drive thru. 2 I pulled up to the window this guy took hours to get my food. ands now its 7:01 my stomach hurts thank u. and my for was 11.60 cents for a Mac and cheese chicken bowl with a dry biscuit and school fry.

I ordered 3 pot pies and 2large fries, the pot pies were delicious I only wish they would have given me the fries, it's not worth going all the way back, Merry Christmas KFC

First time here in 10+ years. Food has gotten better but needs to bring back the buffet.Food: 4/5

My kids and I stopped there tonight to pick up dinner. We went through the drive-through around 8:30 pm and the guy that was working had a big smile on his face and was very kind and friendly! He told us that “ it was going to take a few minutes because he was making the fries.” Even with the fries being cooked, the service was fast, and the food was hot! to the awesome guy working the drive-through and making food!

Whoever Aaron was, he should learn customer service skills. Extremely rude to other customers, unfriendly and not helpful.

Best customer service and by far the best KFC so far I have seen.Food: 5/5

Went in today and AREN was working. He was amazing and HELPFUL He is very wonderful customer service. Will definitely return again.
