Dillon was kindhearted and decided to pay it forward today by buying me a cup of steeped tea and a box of donuts at Tim Horton’s SW, even if I am a stranger. I was touched by the generous nature he showed to me a few days before Christmas of this year, 2022. He said it makes him feel good to do something nice. I totally agree and I thanked him for that. If every staff is as sensitive to the needs of others like Dillion, where he works at is a recommendation to do business with. It costs nothing to be kind and Dillon is an asset to this company. I don’t doubt he builds a good rapport and renders great service to people.
They have missed my walkway numerous times, despite me speaking to the condo board and directly to Bugaboo staff/supervisor after they came out to correct one of many jobs. My walkway clearly leads to my front door, yet they continue missing clearing it of ice and snow despite many conversations and multiple pictures outlining exactly where the issue is. This company consistently fails to effectively follow-up on issues they have acknowledged and apologized for.
I have worked with this company for many years, Dee has been one of my main contacts. She has provided our team with excellent service, loads of experience with the business operations and has been a great help and person work with. I would definitely recommend this company.
Don't bother to work with them unless you wanna ruin your garden and waste your money! The owner of the company has problem with his manner! Avoid!!
