I have been coming to Racine Optical for quite a few years now. I love going here because they are thorough, efficient, friendly, and most helpful. They take the time to explain everything, answer my questions completely and I walk out with very attractive glasses with the best and clearest sight every time. I get a kick out of being able to read street signs before anyone else in the car. I have never been disappointed in their knowledge, service, and efficiency. They are like very good friends. DR Dean is the best! I have been afraid of having cataract surgery but feared I would have to go thru it cause I love to read. Dr Dean took time to explain how the surgery is done from start to finish and how my sight would be greatly improved. Now I am excited to get it done. NO more fear! He is so different from my past doctors who didn't want to explain procedures cause they didn't have time. Dr Dean gave me the time.

When Racine Optical folks says 'thank you for being part of our family' they mean it. I have been going there for over 30 years because they treat me like an important family member. I recently referred a new friend for her first ever eye exam. She was delighted with how they handled everything. When anyone asks about their service, I say "it doesn't get any better than that" because, simply put, it just doesn't get any better than that.

I have had nothing but amazing service in Dr. Dean's office! I began going (and taking my sons) since 2001 and referred my now-husband and we couldn't be more pleased! We are always greeted kindly by the staff (who are also VERY helpful) and Dr. Dean's professionalism mixed with kind words and awesome personality have us looking forward to our visits every time!

Dr. Dean and his staff are amazing. Everyone is very personable and professional. Dr. Dean has some of the latest digital equipment and knows eyes like nobody else. If you're looking for a new prescription whether it's glasses, sunglasses, or contacts; look no further. They have what you need. Last time I was in, the staff sat and worked with me to try on new frames while I was in front of a mirror while comparing features and benefits of each. They even spent the time to personally teach me how to put in new contacts the right way. We also discussed UV protection and anti-scratch coatings for my lenses as well as offering transition lens capability that automatically darkens the lenses when in the sun. I always look forward to going here for my yearly exam and whenever I need anything for my eyes. I once accidently broke off one of the nosepieces from my glasses and decided to see if they could fix them. In 5 minutes, I was out the door with two new super-soft nosepieces. I will be going again in the next few days as I would like some new frames. They have an amazing collection of name-brand frames with great selections for both trendy and traditional tastes. Great service in a friendly and uplifting atmosphere. Check out the big fish tank when you're there, too.
