I just got off the phone with an agent. Dr. Allison Blomski's nurse refused to take in my sick son. He has been sick and they refused service because they wanted him to go the Emergency room. Why can't first see him and then make that determination. Ridiculous. Stay away from this place at all cost.

Omg beware of Patty V. She's a very rude and unkind nurse aids in the walk in department. I just had to walk out and keep my composure because I was about her know about herself. She made for one uncomfortable doctor visit.

Absolute WORST customer service. Tried to call and confirm an appointment and NO ONE answered! Waited on hold for 30 minutes. My wife tried calling multiple times only to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes each time, hanging up disappointed. What good is a phone if you NEVER ANSWER IT? These people are really poor. Very very poor. They may as well just get rid of their phones.

Dr Michael Pothen is an awesome doctor!! He has common sense approaches and is a straight shooter. He helps to educate and inform you and really cares. I used to be anti doctor and hate being treated like a number and that stigma is completely gone now. I highly recommend that everyone stop going to St. Mary's and come get the care they need here. There is a HUGE difference!!

Washington Rd location I've taken my daughter to this clinic multiple times because of its convenient location and it's like they read from a script. "It's sinus drainage causing the cough and sore throat. We're not going to put her on antibiotic for that." Only they tell me that BEFORE they even examine her. They don't do a thorough examination and don't listen to her lungs. I always have to take her back to a doctor a day or two later. I'm not going there anymore.

This is my family doctors, Oncologist, gyno, pharmacy, labs and imaging testing Healthcare facility and walk-in clinic. I can appreciate they are all located in the same place! There are no mental health facilities here or therapists. The app is so convenient and makes it so much easier to access any medical services I may need, It also has linked my old records from Accession.

I love and trust my doctors here so now all my kids changed their doctors to Aurora.

The only time I have a problem with this place is when I have to get an ultrasound. The fat woman at the front desk is SO obnoxious and RUDE every single time I visit. She needs to be replaced, she creates an unhappy, frustrating environment. Not someone you want as your patient representative.

I'm able to get in and out in reasonable time when I schedule appointments before hand. The app is the most efficient system I've ever experienced for monitoring/managing my medical care. I'm very happy with the physician I saw and the nursing staff I interacted with. The only irritation I've had is getting my insurance to communicate properly with the clinic and pharmacy but thats not Aurora's fault.

Have not found their doctors to be effective. If you have any issues, your primary care physician will not help you. They will send you to a specialist right away and it takes forever to get into these specialists because they do not have enough. They don't care if you're in pain. They just want you to pay for two office visits vs. one that your primary care physician should have helped you with in the first place.
