Rôtisserie St-Hubert

Service was lacking. Waitress took forever to come take the order, dropped the menus off and said she'd be back after serving a large group elsewhere in the restaurant. Food was luke warm, chicken was dry, no waitress equaled no refill possibilities on drinks/water. Not my first bad experience at this location but definitely my last!

If you happen to like their brand of rotisserie chicken, you can eat that and be satisfied. Anything else on the menu is quite terrible: the ribs, the chicken kebabs, even the fries were bad. The kids' meals are equally bad, though the kids seemed to like them. The chicken nuggets are way too fried, but the kids liked that they were shaped like animals. The only redeeming qualities are that the service is actually very pleasant and the playroom for the kids is nice.

OMG...What a bad experience. I was going there reagulary and I guess I was lucky. This time I got a big ERROR. And will never go back. It started with very long waiting for my Bangok salad and my husband stake, I think 1 h we waited. But its ok, I can take it. After that I recived my salad with cold chicken in it. I told that to our witress and she did not took my salad, she came with extra warmed chicken and wanted to drup it in my plate where already was the cold chicken. I was in SHOCK! I said, what are you doing...so I was so mad, I told her take it away I dont want anymore any salad. So in the end I spend there 1 hour waiting and going home hungry. But the best part...That the MANAGER of restaurant is as bad as waitress. She came apologise and told us that we will not need to pay for salad. Is this is a joke? I even did not eat that salad. REALY? She should have brought me in dogy bag a little desert or salad or something to make it kinde of apology from restaurant. SUPER bad manager, super bad waitress. We had exact the same tipe of experiance in Pount aux Tramble ST-Hubert resto, and it closed after 1 year. So if they will countinue like this I dont know if they will stay long! I will never go back.

Our server was great and did his best, but it took an hour an a half to receive our food on New year's day. They ran out of ribs by 19h and the millefeuille was frozen.

Food was great but greeting was lacking.... Then again, I ate at the bar and service there was excellent
