worst service EVER!! there was 2 people in line in front of me and 2 people waiting to have their burgers dressed, so that is a total of 4 people before me......the cashier made two mistakes with their orders and could not figure out how to use one of the ladies gift card....i literally waited in line 20 min to place my order. once i started giving her my order it took her at least 5 to 7 min to enter it and have me pay and all i ordered was 2 trios.....i will never go to this location again even though the food was good, it is not worth the aggravation.

Love Harvey. Harvey’s is the best fast burger place in Montreal. As a Canadian, I am proud to support all Harvey’s in Montreal. Every time I am hungry, I put my GPS on and I go looking for a Harvey’s. What other place for the price of 2$ you can make a mega burger? My favourite is getting a Jr burger and putting 5 tomatoes, 5 pickles, avocado, salad, and top it with chiptotla sauce. Can your favourite fast food burger place do that? Seriously!!!!! Harvey’s is a beautiful thing man. It is nice to see that Harvey’s gives jobs to the elderly. I have been going to Harvey’s since I was able to drive myself. I have always seen an elderly working hard. I don’t think any other fancies is kind enough to give the elderly the chance to contribute to society as much as Harvey’s. Also they are all about family and individuality. Image, you get to call your burger after you. For my IT is the Nerd Burger and I love being able to make it. Being capable of getting the freedom to do my own burger is the best. I love Harveys and believe it is a restaurant all Canadians should support.

They refused to take more than 1000 pts on my scene card 😡 worst cashier ever... She was rude and unwilling to give us the number to do a complaint. I was informed by the head office that they have no right to refuse my scene points. They are suppose to take up to 350$ worth of points. I have never been refused my scene points from any other Harvey's before. Harvey's at 7100 Sherbrooke st. E is the worst. I suggest to everyone to go elsewhere. *** the manager called us on the same day we did our complaint to the head office. He insisted that the head office informed him not to take more than 1000 pts. He was rude and arrogant and hanged up on my boyfriend. It clearly states on the website that we can redeem our points at any Harvey's to a limit of 350$ worth of points. 2 agents at the head office of Harvey's have also informed us the same. The manager at this Harvey's is a real fraud. I have taken this complaint higher up with the head office of Harvey's and I will not stop until we get the service we are suppose to receive.

I like Harvey's approach to decorating your own burger. I remain disappointed they got rid of the salads and no longer offer a lower calorie side dish. This particular location had an annoying parking entrance but the parking is free.
