I love going to spas and facials. They offer top quality service and take care of you from beginning to end. You must try the steam room and the sauna room! I've been going here for about a year and have seen different estheticians throughout my visits here. The great thing is that there is no difference between one person and another. So the training team does a very good job in ensuring consistency across the board for all employees. The only thing I wish they could improve on is the check out service, they have one amazing lady that foes the process so when it gets busy it does take a long time to book my next appointment.

A friend recommended me to try this spa, I went in without knowing anything about the place. I was absolutely blown away by the friendliness and professionalism! The first thing I noticed walking in was the gorgeous interior, super chic and luxurious. I filled out the questionnaire forms fairly quickly, meanwhile the lady brought fresh tea to enjoy, and I went in right away (I booked the appointment first), no waiting needed. The facilities are really a full package: crisp clean robes, shiny shower stalls, huge vanity counters with all the nick-knacks you need, and a sauna of course. After changing, my aesthetician was already waiting for me at the entrance, she took me into one of the many spa rooms. Beautiful music, perfect dim lighting. She took care of me really well, asked me if music volume, room temperature was ok etc. Her skills are also impeccable! The 15min body massage was heavenly. Then she did my HA facial, she cleaned out all the gunk that's been bothering me for weeks. Especially the one clogged pore on my cheek that bothered me for weeks. I couldn't get it out myself and it was so frustrating. She removed all of it and disinfected it with a pen-like apparatus, I'm so happy my skin is clear and smooth again. Plus their products smells so nice it was like an aromatherapy session. Unfortunately I don't have the habit of taking pictures wherever I go, It's gorgeous. But overall this place exceeded my expectations and I'm definitely staying with rspa long term.
